Last week I went to try a new breakfast joint. It is a local business under the name “Stacks, the Pancake place”, and since I’m a pancake monster, I decided to go try it out. The place is located in Bneid Algar block 2 on Istiqlal highway (map below).

just like any starting business, the place is pretty small and tables are very very close to each other.

now let’s talk food.

unfortunately, the food was so good we forgot to take pictures but worry not, I will post them from the official page as the dishes looked exactly as in the pictures.

we ordered one of the best selling dishes, the Koutcake which we forgot to take a picture of it. it was just perfect in every way, something new, a festival of flavor (picture below)

another thing we didn’t photographed is the Stackwich, it is the house’s version of the club sandwich where the buns (bread/toast) are replaced with harsh brown with roast beef, turkey, mortadella, pickles plus other ingredients are in between. It was good but messy .

also, we ordered the blueberry pancake and it was REALLY GOOD!!! so fluffy.

Finally, we decided to order the peanutbutter with peaches and pecans pancake. It was

yummy but pretty heavy. it will shut you down

what I didnt like about the place is how small it is but thats how it is with any local starting business. we wish the owner nothing but the best and to keep on serving those amazing dishes as I will be going tomorrow to try the other stuff.

Highly recommended, you should definitely try it!!!!.
